Overview

The Warehouse & Inventory Manager leads daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and production support activities. This role manages warehouse teams, ensures efficient material flow, and drives continuous improvement across systems, processes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and internal material movement
• Lead, train, schedule, and manage warehouse and production staff
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and process gaps
• Manage and optimize warehouse and inventory systems (WMS)
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities
• Partner with production, planning, quality, and leadership teams
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse and inventory operations experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with WMS and inventory control processes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• High-volume manufacturing or distribution background

Requirements:

• Able to pass a drug test.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Pre-Bid Process:

• Work with upper-level management to determine if projects meet company requirements.
• Prepare scope letters, bid forms, and required documents.

Bid Process:

• Maintain a Vendor/Subcontractor database.
• Obtain, Evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractors' bids.
• Obtain prequalification information from subcontractors.

Post-Bid Process:

• Prepare and attend Kickoff Meetings for awarded projects.
• Work major equipment buyouts with the project team.
• Assist project managers with change order pricing and review.
• Archive any information as required to be useful in future estimates.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC and Plumbing estimating.

Office Staff Training:

• Maintain and track office new hire checklists for all company positions
• Ensure all required training items are being taught and completed on schedule
• Periodically communicate with and survey new hires on their training experience
• Provide managers with regular updates on new hire training progress and status
• Maintain updated training records

Field Staff Training:

• Coordinate, schedule, and maintain all company training programs for field employees
• Verify field staff are properly trained and qualified for assigned scopes of work
• Maintain training records for field staff and keep them up to date

Summary:

The RN Navigator in Population Health is responsible for coordinating and managing patient care across the healthcare continuum. This role focuses on improving health outcomes for populations by implementing evidence-based practices, promoting preventive care, and ensuring patients receive appropriate and timely interventions. The RN Navigator will work collaboratively with ACO and CIN Network providers, patients, and their families across CHRISTUS Health ministries to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN Navigator will manage the length of service, promote efficient utilization of resources, and ensure that a well-organized and safe plan of care is established for every patient.

Responsibilities:

• Care Coordination of Complex/Chronic conditions: Manages and coordinates care for patients with chronic conditions, complex medical needs, and assists with Discharge Planning: Helps plan and coordinate the discharge process for members leaving hospitals or long-term care facilities, ensuring a smooth transition to home or another care setting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and communicate to PCPs and specialty care providers any significant changes to members' concerns, along with any updates on members’ status.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and population health outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and best practices in case management.
