Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer with a strong industrial or manufacturing engineering background to support and improve production processes within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will focus on optimizing safety, quality, throughput, and cost, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with aluminum processing or aluminum manufacturing operations.
The Process Engineer will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering methodologies
  • Develop and maintain standard work, process documentation, and work instructions
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve throughput and yield
  • Support new product introductions, process changes, and capital projects
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications

  • Aluminum processing or aluminum manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Experience with time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and process optimization
  • Ability to analyze data and develop practical, sustainable solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
  • Aluminum extrusion, rolling, casting, or finishing operations

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

Currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to add to our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of geotechnical projects. This position involves working closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the stability and safety of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of geotechnical principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage drilling projects and oversee technicians with management of these projects, as well as visual classification and log preparation
Coordinate and review laboratory testing
Complete accurate geotechnical exploration reports
Perform engineering calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, pavement section designs, slope stability, etc.
Generate scopes and fees for new projects and prepare complete proposals and budgets.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

P.E. or other professional licensure is preferred
