- Internal Medicine
- Critical Care MedicineJob Details:• Provide ICU coverage for 7 shifts per month (7am-7pm schedule)• Guaranteed 12 hours per day with 5 patient encounters per shift• Manage ventilation including invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy) and non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP) methods• Handle evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues• Bronchoscopy with bronchial alveolar lavage (BAL) preferred• Central line and arterial line insertion preferred• ICP evaluation and management preferred• Dialysis catheter placement preferred• Must hold active California medical license and CA DEA• Board certified or board eligible within 3-5 years of residency required• BLS and ACLS certifications required• 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty required• Credentialing timeline approximately 90 days with temporary privilege eligibility• Assignment begins July 1, 2026 and ongoing• No overtime expected for this positionCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
