As the Registered Nurse you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. As the Weekend Registered Nurse, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each home health patient, while continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.
