Typical duties may include: Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.

Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction.

Highly skilled in writing comprehensive arrest, criminal and incident reports.

Assisting government or state attorneys in preparation for court cases or grand juries, testifies as a law enforcement officer in court proceedings, and administrative forums.

Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.

About the Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for directing all aspects of the day-to-day management of the manufacturing operations within the department.



Responsibilities

  • Daily Management of the day shift supervisor, night shift supervisor, and all plant personnel within their department
  • Supporting Company initiatives through communication (departmental meetings) with department personnel
  • Lead the team to meet throughput goals and quality standards
  • Implement and sustain changes generated in continuous improvement events
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communications
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed
  • Maintain inventory levels of materials required for production
  • Implement best practices for safety and compliance within the production environment
  • Foster culture, including ways of working and behaviors that are congruent with our IFACTS values
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential
  • Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities and continuous improvements in the manufacturing process
  • Drive improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and achieve strategic goals
  • Actively support team members' career paths and coach employees, mentor, and help other team members grow
  • Seeks tools and strategies to help boost productivity for the team
  • Completing reviews and disciplinary write-ups as needed for department personnel, with HR notification and assistance

This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc.

Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port.

Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position .
