The Opportunity

- Lead day-to-day project management for secure and complex commercial projects.

This position will be on the 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The initial training period will take place during the 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Solder THT and SMT components per IPC A 610 Class III Standards
- Rework and touch up per IPC A 610 Class III Standards
- Assemble PCBs into complex modules
- Build cable and chassis assemblies
- Press-fit connectors using a benchtop manual press
- Implement ECOs
- Inspect incoming material: PCBs, panels, heatsinks, etc.
- Complete final assembly of products
- Build prototypes for Engineering using schematics
- Keep Manufacturing consumables stocked, communicate stock levels and requirements to Purchasing team
Requirements
- Minimum High School or equivalent
- Certified to J-STD-001 preferred
- Excellent Soldering Skills
- Manual Dexterity
- Able to lift 20 lbs
- U.S. Citizenship
You’ll provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.
