Under the guidance of senior staff and management and as an integral part of the Member Insurance Team, the Trust Services Account Specialist will assist the Member Insurance Department by providing administrative, operational, and customer-service assistance for the:
- ALPA Pilot Welfare Benefit Plan (PWBP);
- Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA);
- ALPA Canada Insurance Trust (ACIT); and,
- Air Canada Pilots Benefits Trust (ACPBT).

Primary Duties:
