Major Responsibilities: • Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts
- including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace • Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred • Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills • A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.
The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Our work supports telecom operators, equipment vendors, investors, enterprise network operators, and other stakeholders. These clients aren't passive information consumers, but active participants in the global telecom industry.
Our summer internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to interact with leading industry experts and to learn about internet networks and infrastructure. We keep the context of our work at the forefront and offer a weekly discussion series to interns which explores different functions of the company and the markets we research. Covered topics include an overview of the submarine cable network, wholesale carrier market, global pricing dynamics, impact of emerging technologies, TeleGeography’s use of marketing analytics, and our approach to consulting.
What do we need from you? Interns conduct extensive company surveys and research data center facilities, operations, and enterprise data services. Their work directly contributes to our Data Center Research Service and Business Broadband Research Service. Sought-after qualities include:
- Strong research acumen, particularly in conducting internet research with an international reach.
- Skill at navigating databases/spreadsheets and an eye for data analysis.

Our interns come from a variety of backgrounds and go on to do great things. Alumni of the TeleGeography internship go on to pursue careers in business, consulting, law, diplomacy, and internet infrastructure research. Prior experience in telecommunications is NOT required. Chief Estimator
Location: Washington, D.C. Metro Area (DC / VA / MD)
Client is a leading heavy highway and utility contractor serving the Washington, D.C. metro region, is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to lead all estimating operations.
This individual will oversee the full estimating lifecycle for complex heavy civil infrastructure projects across Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Approximately 80% of revenue is generated within Washington, D.C., with additional work throughout the surrounding beltway region.
The Chief Estimator will manage a team of estimators and serve as the final authority on all bids, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and manage a team of approximately five estimators.
- Review, validate, and approve all bids prior to submission.
- Establish estimating standards, procedures, and risk controls.
- Drive strategic bid selection and positioning decisions.
Heavy Civil & Infrastructure Estimating
- Prepare and oversee estimates for projects including:
- Heavy highway construction
- Utilities and deep infrastructure (e.g., 80-foot-deep pipe installation)
- Asphalt and concrete work
- Bridges and structural components
- Emergency response and municipal infrastructure (e.g., sewer breaks, snow removal operations)

Design-Build & Complex Procurement
- Lead estimating efforts for both traditional bid-build and design-build projects.

- Navigate permitting requirements across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.
- Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.
- Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- If required, provisional license per state regulation.
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health including free supervision and continuing education.
- Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Columbia Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $47 – $55 per billable unit.
