Corporate Paralegal

• Assisting attorneys with document preparation and filings for corporations, partnerships and LLC's

• Assisting attorneys with document preparation related to amendments and withdrawals

• Creating, organizing and maintaining corporate minute books and entity records

• Assisting with the preparation, filing and retrieval of UCC filings and conducting UCC filing searches in applicable jurisdictions

• Assisting with SS-4 Forms with the IRS to obtain EINs for corporations, partnerships and/or LLC's
