Technical Recruiter
Direct Hire - $95,000 – Fully Onsite
Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring and help scale the business. Will be working closely with leadership to help attract and engage high talent to join a fast-growing manufacturing company.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong fit
- Manage pipelines and maintain momentum across multiple open roles
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership
- Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience
- Support employer branding and represent the company in the market
- Assist with HR projects and training initiatives as needed
- 3+ years of experience partnering directly with hiring managers or business leaders
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments a plus
- Background in agency recruiting or high-growth/startup settings a plus
- High visibility role with direct exposure to leadership
