The Registered Respiratory Therapist role within the UH Elyria Medical Center offers a unique chance to become part of a dynamic, collaborative interdisciplinary team. This position adds value to patient care and significantly assists individuals with breathing issues.

A Brief Overview
The therapist is learning and incorporating the mission statement and standards of behavior of his/her hospital or care facility. This therapist performs basic competencies within orientation and provides satisfactory respiratory therapy with minimum supervision.
What You Will Do
* Mechanical ventilation
* Medicated aerosol delivery
* Airway clearance therapy
* Patient monitoring
* Oxygen and humidity therapy
* Special procedures (CPR, specialty gases, bronchoscopy, transport, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Complies with all policies and standards.
* For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.
* Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Education
* Associate's Degree in Respiratory (Required) or
* Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory (Required)
Work Experience
* 1+ years Respiratory Therapy (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Required)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (Preferred)
* Current RCP Ohio License granted by the Ohio Medical Board (Required)
* American Association for Respiratory Care membership (Preferred)
* NRP Certified (Neonatal facilities) (Required within 6 Months)

Location: Elyria, OH (5 days onsite) with occasional travel to the plant in Grafton, OH

Pay: 50-70k with additional profit-sharing bonus

- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Experienced supporting a manufacturing/industrial facility sourcing commercial and industrial products.
- Experienced with ERP or MRP systems (SAP).
- Comfortable being in plant environment in various weather conditions completing all necessary tasks.

Day to day:
We are looking for a talented Purchasing Agent to join our team at Ross Environmental Services. This person will be about 5 - 10 purchase orders per day, as well as follow up after placing orders, handling discrepancies, and other cost savings initiatives. This person will be partnering mainly with our internal operations team at the plant and supporting their needs. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and customer-service oriented individual able to work in various work conditions (plant and business center). The current team consists of 3 people total: 1 Plant Buyer and 2 Purchasing Agents all reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
Examples of purchased goods: pails to repack, 55-gallon drums, plastic drums, steel drums, diesel fuel, waste oil, chemicals, caustic, lab materials for testing, motors, minor electronics.

We are looking for a talented Technical Service Chemist to join our team at Ross Environmental Services. This person will be doing more theoretical chemistry including the profiling and classification of all waste that comes into the facility. This person will be looking at the components of the waste and correctly classifying the material with regard to DOT and RCRA requirements. This person will be partnering with customers’ and satisfying their needs and requirements as well as working internally. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and customer-service oriented individual. The current team consists of 14 people total: 2 Admin, 2 Lab Pack Chemists, and 11 Profiling Chemists all reporting to the Team Lead.
