NEW Medical Directorship! Hospice Care facility seeking a physician to become Medical Director at a thriving hospice facility located in Bowling Green, KY (halfway between Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY).

The position is full time with full fringe benefits.

Salary range is $200,000-$215,000.

Hospice and Palliative Care Certification is required, but you can also obtain it within the first year of employment.

This position requires the Medical Director to be the face of hospice within the community including but not limited to: rare hospital visits, M-F telephonic call (no weekends), rare home care visits, no rounding, liaison within the community, working closely with the CEO in the community speaking, educating and advocating, position is nurse care driven so must work well with RNs.

Other details about the position include: 10 bed unit with most patients receiving care in their homes, excellent facilities and a beautiful campus, approx.

What you will do:

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
