This is a full-time, field-based role for a Specialty Sales Representative. In this position, you will be the face of Roof Authority in the field, tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing deep, long-lasting relationships with custom home builders.

Acting as a true project consultant, you will work closely with our technical team to align customer needs with the right roofing solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting detailed project estimates, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with our internal Project Management Office (PMO). While the PMO manages the hands-on execution of the work, you will actively monitor project statuses to keep your clients informed, ensuring complete customer satisfaction from the initial consultation through to final completion.

• Industry Experience: Established network and proven experience in custom home construction as a vendor or sub-trade.
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in consultative sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with complex roofing systems—including metal roofing, specialty materials, and high-end asphalt systems—is a strong plus.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:

1. Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
2. Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.
3. Perform technical operations and oversee availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure.

The TPM acts as the project manager and liaison between Care Logistics and the customer for all technical activities. The TPM is responsible for coordinating the system configuration, sizing, ordering, and installation while technically engineering and managing the integration of Care Logistics solutions. They work closely with Solutions Delivery and customer resources in support of organizational objectives. Solutions Delivery functions include project delivery tasks such as solution sizing, technical project planning, customer guidance, system installation, system validation, system testing, technical training, and support of technical onsite events. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting top talent in the area of Anesthesiologists and Anesthetists.
• Conduct phone screenings for clinical skills and overall fit, evaluate applicant information, and provide lists of candidates to clinical leadership for further consideration.
• Enter CV, outreach activities, demographic and source information into database.
• Confirm scheduled coverage via provider contracts with appropriate details and/or addendums.
