St. Luke?s Center for Urology is a growing specialty with 10 physical practice locations. Currently we have 20 physicians, 22 advanced practitioners, and still growing! Urology is a unique specialty in that we have an opportunity to care for both medical and surgical patients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position offers flexibility and autonomy of the provider, working directly with the attending physician. This person will also be responsible to assist with call needs for the remaining hospital locations, assist with urgent outpatient calls from our internal nurse triage line, and is directly responsible to triage and facilitate a plan of care in collaboration with the attending physician. Will complete all inpatient consults for their assigned location and evaluate postoperative patients. The Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) is responsible for providing healthcare services to patients under the supervision of, and/or in collaboration with, the attending physician. These services include, but not limited to, medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals. Consists of diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, pharmaceutical prescription, and an opportunity to perform invasive procedures. In addition, this position is also responsible for:
- Competent in the assessment, treatment, counseling, and education of the patient, and their families, being provided medical services.
- Competency in evaluating patients and performing physical examinations including obtaining, studying, and updating medical histories.
- Performs routine health maintenance activities for new and established patients.
- Coordinates patient care and family counseling with public and mental health agencies, as appropriate.
- Teaches wellness habits and educates patients on prevention of potential health problems or method of dealing with present problems. Provides information and materials relating to patient health care needs
Qualifications:
Must be board eligible or board-Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant with current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey, as determined by the job location. - Competent in utilizing electronic medical record, remains current with medical record documentation, and provides documentation that is for optimal for billing provided professional services.
- Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices.
- Peri- operative (pre- & post-) assessment and management of assigned surgical patients. Ensures appropriate orders have been placed and completed.
- Assists surgeon in the intra-operative care of the surgical patient during scheduled and emergency procedures, as assigned. Examples include, but not limited to: First/second surgical assist, drain placement, wound closure and techniques for application of sterile dressings.
- Daily evaluations and rounding of post-operative patients, determining and ordering appropriate studies and therapeutic regimens
- As assigned, assists in outpatient office hours, with both pre- and post-operative evaluation of patients, completion of associated documentation, and then effective communication with referring & family physician.
- Knowledge of and maintenance of pertinent surgical patient databases, in relation to performance and quality improvement

Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Easton, PAregion on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Philadelphia, PA.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

They are responsible for Associates’ professional development and coaching.
The Audit Manager is heavily involved in new and existing client business development and community involvement activities.
They provide exceptional client service as a trusted business advisor.
Responsibilities Lead and supervise the execution of audit engagements of clients across multiple industries Review and audit business transaction cycles such as treasury, cash, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk Understand the scope of the engagement and provide input on client retention and fee structure Participate in the presentation of client financial statements and audit results to those responsible with client oversight Visit client onsite for required audits and/or other financial inquiries as needed Answer client calls and emails in a timely manner and with a solution-oriented approach Produce and review quality service and statements in a timely manner Research audit issues and review financial information in audit software Read prior year financial statements and client website and actively seek out information from team members to gain understanding of client business and industry Proactively inform engagement team of work status and request information from client as needed Ensure client deliverables are met within expectations and set deadlines Identify and introduce other firm services based on client needs and discovered opportunities Supervise Associates and Interns on engagements and provide guidance on an ongoing basis; as well as actively communicate with engagement Partners Lead in business development and community activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues Participate in continuous learning activities and active research to improve and develop technical expertise; apply learned concepts Collaborate with leader to identify opportunities for efficiencies and proactive engagement management Education, Experience and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA certification required 5+ years’ experience in preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements and applied working knowledge of US GAAP preferred Prior experience in coaching and training entry-level accounting professionals required Demonstrated ability to take the lead on client engagements and develop new and existing business Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and technologically-savvy Self-motivated and willingness to enhance accounting and advisory knowledge Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects Interested in hearing more? Successful candidates have an opportunity to join an established and dedicated community of faculty, colleagues, and students at the Temple/St.
Luke’s School of Medicine.
Duties will include clinical care, teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activities.
Also, in collaboration with the Network and Chair of Ophthalmology
- and depending on their skillset and interest – those joining SLUHN may assist as one of the architects in the development of the Division of Pediatric Ophthalmology within the new Department of Ophthalmology at SLUHN.
We are looking for energetic & dynamic candidates who will embrace the St.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on best practice evidenced based medicine.
Make best efforts to adhere to standardized orders and practice guidelines that have been approved by the medical staff.
Demonstrates competency in the assessment, range or treatment, knowledge of growth and development and communication appropriate to the age of the patient treated.
Provide regular, timely, and appropriate communication with referring physicians, patients and their families.
Participates in education of patients and their families.
Evaluates and implements patient health care needs.
Performs routine exams and obtains patient histories.
Manages patient treatment program based on assessment of needs.
Initiates treatment via prescriptions, diagnostic tests, exams and procedures.
Reviews lab results and plans actions according to results.
Performs routine health maintenance activities for new and established patients.
Coordinates patient care and makes referrals to physicians, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists, et cetera, as needed.
Collaborates and communicates with other professionals, nurses, physicians, and outside agencies regarding patient care.
Coordinates patient care and family counseling with public and mental health agencies as appropriate.
Teaches wellness habits and educates patients on prevention of potential health problems or method of dealing with present problems.
Provides information and materials relating to patient health care needs.
Maintains knowledge of current medical practices and skills.
Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.
Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sitting for up to three (3) hours per day; three (3) hours a t a time.
Standing for up to eight (8) hours per day; eight (8) hours at a time.
Walking for up to six (6) hours per day; one (1) hour at a time.
Frequent fingering, handling, grasping, twisting, and turning as it relates to therapeutic procedures.
Consistently lift, carry, and push objects up to 10 pounds.

Rarely pushing and pulling patients weighing up to 300 pounds in a wheel chair or stretcher.

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Current or recent experience in area of specialty.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS: MD or DO
- licensed by the state licensure board within the State of practice.
Board Certified/Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board.
