How You'll Contribute:

The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.

Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.

What You'll Do:

• Perform structured cabling installation: pull, terminate, label, and dress cables per project documentation and standards.
  
  
• Complete physical installation and wiring of AV devices (displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, control interfaces, etc.).
  
  
• Assemble, populate, and dress equipment racks with a high degree of workmanship and adherence to design documents.
  
  
• Solder and terminate connectors according to project specifications and accepted industry practices.
  
  
• Execute light physical construction tasks as required (e.g., blocking, mounting surfaces, hardware installation).
  
  
• Follow Diversified's installation procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols with minimal deviation.
  
  
• Maintain accurate daily records: timesheets, daily field reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and Lead Technicians to ensure project milestones are met.
  
  
• Represent Diversified professionally on active job sites, including client and construction environments.
  
  
• Actively participate in ongoing training and skill development toward advancing technical proficiency.
  
  

Complexity:

This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.

Decision Making Authority:

This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.

Travel:

Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

TITLE: Project Manager, Construction II

POSITION SUMMMARY:

As Project Manager, Construction II you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving success of multiple facets of data center projects. The position covers all aspects of construction. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• RFP development and budgeting
  
• Pre-bid oversight and coordination
  
• Managing all design phases and documents
  
• Conduct project meetings, publish, and distribute minutes, develop milestones, and maintain monthly reports.
  
• Manage day-to-day office and field operations.

This full-time (40hr./wk.) position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of equipment and materials as needed between Diversified warehouses and client job sites. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. This position is accountable for the warehouse's inventory accuracy, organization, and control of incoming shipments, as well as the timely, properly documented execution of outgoing shipments, including RMAs. Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

The design engineer will be working as part of a fast-growing, dynamic team and will play a critical role representing Hanley Energy in our business model. This person will develop systems, communicate with key stakeholders, and take ownership of key products of the design branch of Hanley Energy. The design engineer will be a leader to fellow employees and work with management to ensure the successful growth of the design department and Hanley Energy as a whole.

The Design Engineer will help with the layout and design of facility’s electrical distribution systems and other mechanical/electrical systems. They must successfully communicate with the customer and be an expert on the services that they are providing. Our committed team works as a technical resource to support the full physical infrastructure of their customer’s buildings that store mission-critical data and equipment. The Design Engineer will assist the Engineering and Project Management teams to design, develop, deploy, and manage projects. The role is best described as an expert technician with superb leadership, project, and time management skills.

Job Qualifications

A strong foundation in Electrical or Industrial Engineering with any of these qualifications:

• 4 Year Engineering Degree from an accredited university

Or,

• Technical training from military training, trade school, university, or college and relevant working experience equivalent to a 2-year degree in STEM plus 2 years of relevant working experience

Or,

• 2-4 years relevant working experience in the field or office background.

Ideal candidates bring prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Critical Environments: Knowledge of Data Centers or industries like Water, Oil, or Gas.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with Industrial BMS (Building Management Systems) and EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring Systems).
• Electrical Components:
• Single-pole, two-pole, and three-pole breakers and their applications.
• Switchgear, transformers, low-voltage panels, UPSs, ATSs, generators, and busbars.
• Power Systems: Understanding AC vs. DC power applications.
• Fluid Networks: Knowledge in liquid-cooled IT applications, including coolant distribution units, manifolds, and piping design.
• Technical Tools:
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (2D/3D) for editing/designing SLD, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and panel designs, as well as redline markups.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and reviewing electrical systems.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, and other tools for vendor submittals and design modifications.
• Project Work:
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical installation (lab or field settings).
• Reviewing and approving equipment submittals.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

We specialize in concrete paving via mobile batch plant, primarily servicing commercial airports, military installations, and other state/local government entities. In addition to concrete paving, Atlantic Contracting & Material Co., Inc. performs turnkey site development, underground utilities, mass excavation and grading, demolition, crushing/material recycling, soil stabilization, and snow removal

Position Description: The purpose of the position is to operate heavy equipment safely, productively and efficiently. The position could require manual labor consisting of operating a variety of hand tools to include shovels, rakes and pick axes.

Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may be required to perform. . The actual duties required of this position will vary. Duties may increase within the first 6 months of employment as training an experience is gained. 

·      Proficiently operate heavy equipment: Dozers, Back-Hoes, Excavators (medium and large), Articulated Trucks, Loaders, skid steers and Graders.

·      Build level and excavate land surfaces using construction equipment.

·      Maintain accurate logs and records.

·      Perform a daily heavy equipment walk-around inspection and preventive maintenance responsibilities.

·      Read and interpret maps, sketches, drawings, specifications and technical manuals.

·      Perform job responsibilities safely in a busy sometimes, stressful environment, operating and working varied under-footing and weather conditions around trucks and personnel.

·      Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures; maintain effective communications with supervisors and coworkers.

·      Perform land clearing, grading, trenching, backfilling, and utility installation support.

·      Use grading systems (lasers, transits, GPS) to complete sitework to specifications.

·      Conduct pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and complete daily equipment logs.

·      Assist crews in trench excavation, pipe placement, and material backfill.

·      Load, unload, and transport equipment to/from project sites.

·      Maintain OSHA compliance and follow company safety policies at all times.

·      Identify potential hazards and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

·      Collaborate with field teams and supervisors to deliver projects on time.

·      Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

·      Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of heavy equipment operation in underground utility or civil construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with grading systems, lasers, and transits.
• Soft Skills: Reliable, punctual, and effective communicator; able to work well in a team.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Valid Driver's License, OSHA 30.
• Preferred: CDL License, Rigging & Signaling, Confined Space Training, Excavation & Awareness certifications.
