Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist to ensure quality food and an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and staff
Set tables, serve, clear tables and complete tray deliveries per Diamond Service standards
Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company expectations.
Properly stores foods in designated areas following all corporate, State, and Federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, customers, administrators, and Managers.
Perform job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following correct procedures
Perform alternate duties as assigned.
Adheres to SPHP's code of conduct

Minimum Requirements:
A positive attitude, compassion, willingness to learn
Working papers required if under 18 years of age
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to read and write English on at a minimum 6th grade level

Pay Range:$16.20-23.50

RN Liaison - Sub Acute Rehab Facilities

This candidate would assist with homecare referrals and discharge planning and work closely with the community providers to obtain necessary documents. Full-Time Hospice Homecare/Case Manager RN (Southwest Albany/Schenectady)

• Work closely with a team (our teams include Aides, LPNs, medical directors and NPs with specialized expertise in end of life care, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers).

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
• Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
• 1 year experience as an RN required-preferably in Hospice/Home Care or acute care.

• High level of interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
• Understanding of Hospice principles preferred
