During the course of their careers, special agents carry out assignments in both investigations and protection and may be assigned to multiple duty stations throughout the U.S. and abroad. Duties include:

• Providing protection for various protectees.
• Conducting criminal investigations pertaining to financial obligations of the United States.
• Planning and implementing security designs for National Special Security Events.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Possess a current valid driver's license
• Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
• You must obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it during your career.
• Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular, possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
• Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500,1000 and 2000Hz ranges.
• Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
• Complete 13 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center(FLETC) in Glynco, GA and 18 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.
• Sign a mobility agreement stating your willingness to accept assignments anywhere within the United States and overseas.
• Certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so, if you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959.

• Must be an undergraduate student in good academic standing in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• The availability to work full-time, hybrid, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week.

• Help design, test, and support AI agents and will assist in running an internal AI agent hackathon, supporting participants and maintaining starter assets and documentation.
• Build and refine LLM prompts and prompt templates for common business use cases
• Assist in developing and testing AI agents (low-code and/or pro-code)
• Support planning and execution of an AI agent hackathon, including participant onboarding and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain documentation, examples, and starter kits for prompts and agents

• Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher level degree in a Information Technology field.
• The availability to work full-time, 37.5 hours (Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm)

• Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Research and evaluate applications and services for use by the institution. Provide a matrix when possible, detailing features within each different application or service.
• Assist with the deployment and upkeep of the Cyber Security department's website content.
• Provide first-level compliance monitoring and investigations.
• Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering.
• Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for specific applications, services, network(s), and servers as required.
• Assist with applications/tools including but not limited to SIEM, IPS, ticketing system, Azure Defender & 365, and DLP tools.
• Perform compliance audits against institutionally accepted security controls.
• Record and track Cyber Security incidents, including but not limited to data incidents, compromised accounts, e-mail threats, and abuse reports from various sources.

• Licensed Social Worker is required (LMSW OR LCSW)
• Demonstrated clinical experience and previous experience working with the Medicaid population.
• 2-3 years of manage long term care or long-term support services experience required.
• Uniform Assessment System (UAS) or Person- Centered Service Planning (PCSP) experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to compose correspondence
• Excellent computer skills including strong working knowledge of Word, Windows based applications and the internet

• Provide MVP members enrolled in the Medicaid Long Term Support Program with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or disabling conditions.
• The Social Worker will telephonically assess, identify needs, coordinate, educate, case manage and/or coach members.
• Provide member education and counseling, making necessary referrals to social service programs, and coordinating necessary services for MVP members in the Medicaid LTSS program.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with community agencies to provide contracted and alternative services when appropriate.
• Refers members and/or families to community resources to assist in recovery from physical or long-term illness and to provide access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, housing, or education.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination meetings with multiple providers.
• Collaborates with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and to assess member needs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan.
• Follows case management cases to successful completion using appropriate documentation.
