Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with and under the direction of the Nursing Department Director/Manager, is accountable for ongoing shift leadership and operations of a clinical department and for nursing care safety and quality. Requirements:

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred. National specialty certification preferred.

Experience:

Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses:

• Current RN license in the State of New Mexico.
