About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, youโ€™ll own the full consultative sales cycle โ€” from discovery to close โ€” while acting as a trusted partner to customers navigating strategic decisions around product configuration, compliance, and workflow optimization.

This isnโ€™t transactional selling. Itโ€™s consultative, multi-threaded, and high-impact.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from inbound engagement to close
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored platform solutions
  • Manage and forecast pipeline in Salesforce with high accuracy
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota
  • Deliver compelling product demos across a broad platform suite
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, solutions engineering, SDRs, compliance, and account management
  • Ensure seamless transition from close to implementation and long-term success


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 3+ years of SaaS experience in a new business closing role with deal sizes > $10k and quota > $700k
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota (new logo)

Position Summary:

We are searching for a proactive, resourceful Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team! You will manage the full sales cycleโ€”from prospecting to closing new business and onboarding clients. Core Responsibilities:

Consult potential clients and qualify them for The Direct Leads Service product and/or The Nolo leads product.

Source and qualify prospective law firms nationwide using research and outreach.

Find and engage key decision-makers through calls, emails, and video meetings.

Present the value, features, and ROI of Martindale Avvo Leads in a consultative fashion.

Guide clients through proposals and contracts, customizing solutions as needed.

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and activity targets.

Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.

Coordinate with the account management team for a seamless client experience.


Ideal Candidate

1+ years of full-cycle inside sales experience (prospecting to closing).

Experience selling to law firms/legal tech or professional services is a plus.

Tech savvy: familiar with Salesforce (or similar CRM), G-Suite, and Outreach.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong relationship- and trust-builder.

Self-motivated โ€œhunterโ€ mentality with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
