This role focuses on core inpatient workflows including order verification, IV room oversight, automated dispensing cabinet management, sterile compounding, pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulation management, and clinical dosing across adult and geriatric populations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and experienced in hospital-based pharmacy practice, ensuring safe and efficient medication management.
