The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

• Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
• Run routes for team members’, experience different stores, and meet new customers
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
• Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
