Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across the American International Family of Companies, supporting hiring needs from entry-level through executive leadership. The primary focus will be to source, interview and close top candidates for professional B2B Territory Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics roles.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing high-volume and multi-level recruiting pipelines concurrently, with the proven ability to source, evaluate, and secure top talent through strong partnerships with hiring manager. This role is instrumental in strengthening our high-performing workforce, enhancing our employer brand, and supporting the organization’s long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pipeline management.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for entry-level, professional, leadership, and executive roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate all candidate communications, ensuring a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Attend and coordinate job fairs, networking events, and community partnerships to support ongoing talent needs and workforce diversity.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS and related systems.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of employment documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding materials.
• Support and participate in new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees regarding recruiting-related policies, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives including employee engagement, process improvement, training coordination, and HR policy updates.
• Support company events, community involvement, philanthropy partnerships, and team-building initiatives.
• Actively promote and model the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, supporting roles ranging from entry-level through leadership.
• Preferred experience sourcing, evaluating & filling Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain professional Roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience building and maintaining active candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting platforms/tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and discretion.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and compliance standards.

Detroit Body Guards Protection Unit, LLC, is seeking the position of Armed Security Officers. Our Security Officers embrace our companys core values such as, Integrity, Responsibility, Vigilance, Courage & Discipline.

As a Professional Security Officer for Detroit Body Guards Protection Unit, LLC you will be Responsible for the Safety and Security of our Clients property and personnel. Along with implementing emergency response activities when necessary and maintaining the highest standard of customer service, you will also be expected to become familiar with all site-specific policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patrol the premises.
• Report safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism and suspicious or criminal activity.
• Warn patrons of possible rule-breaking and eject those who violate rules or cause disturbances.
• Use detection devices to screen individuals for weapons or ensure only authorized employees enter restricted areas.
• Keep an eye on the entrance and exit to prevent theft and ensure workplace security.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check.
• Must have a CPL/LTCH with-in the state of Michigan.
• Emotional intelligence and good character judgment
• Verbal and written communication skills
• The capacity to evaluate your own behavior while keeping other people, including staff and customers, in mind.

Account Manager

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
• Quarterly onsite meetings with assigned customers providing recommendations and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with management and clients.
• Prepare and review reports on account status with your customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to identify and grow opportunities within your base clients.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Prepare and present proposals for products and service offerings.
• Document customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments including actions taken.

• Preferred experience in customer service, an education in Information Technology or an understanding in IT is a plus. Some sales experience would be helpful but not a requirement.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Must work effectively with senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
