Position Details:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
Licensure: Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.

Certification/Registration: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Produce tire derived fuel within volume and cost budgets at our waste tire processing facility in Ada, OK.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Operate mobile equipment and tire shredding equipment.
- Optimize and maintain operating schedules.
- Operate equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and equipment life.
- Manage & scheduling a 24/7 operations.
- Optimize & maintain PM scheduling
- Act as backup to Facility Manager.
- Operate equipment to optimize production and life cycle costs of equipment.
- Maintain KPIS: Production Report/shift logs/Shredder Maintenance documents.
- Manage/schedule staff for wear part change overs and complete maintenance as directed for maintenance and repairs for shred equipment in coordination with Facility Manager.
- Complete Mobile equipment inspections address issues repairs with Facility Manager
- Maintain and operate equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with third party transportation team on empty trailers.
- Address non-routine situations in the operation of the facility.
- Interface with Amrize personnel, operating staff, visitors to the site, customers, and transporters.
- Coordinate personnel training of shredders and task training of mobile equipment.
- Schedule, supervise, train and develop hourly employees.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
Field of Study Preferred: Sciences, Business or Related Field
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years operational experience in a technical work environment related to waste management and 3+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role, within the industrial maintenance sector.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Comprehensive computer software knowledge required, including: Excel, Word, Project, etc. - SAP is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (\"PPE\"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

Salary and Duty Location Recruitment Incentives and Benefits
Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.
Duty locations offering 25% recruitment incentives: Otay Mesa, San Francisco, San Ysidro, and Tecate, CA; Key West, FL; etc.
Duty locations offering 15% recruitment incentives: Honolulu, HI; Portal, ND; etc.
Duty location offering 10% recruitment incentives: Calexico, CA
Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
- Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
- Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.
- Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
- Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education.
