• Preferably 7-10 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology- HTM/ Biomed setting and basic knowledge of networking theory and substantial knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Considerable knowledge of electronic circuitry and technical aspects of the operation, repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings of biomedical instrumentation and skill in testing electronic equipment as well as in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision.
• Experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare hospital setting.
• Experience effectively repairing, maintaining and calibrating clinical devices such as, but not limited to: Servo U, I, V60s, V80s, Trilogy EV300 Ventilators (or other manufacturers), GE or Draeger Anesthesia or Training (Will also provide OEM training), OR exp. preferred.

This is a vital role which directs, coordinates, and governs all functions related to safety testing, repair, and maintenance of biomedical patient care equipment. Provides training and technical leadership to appropriate patient care personnel regarding equipment operations, standards, and maintenance. They will manage several types of medical equipment.
