The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes. What you will do

  • Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, as well as other individual meetings and group presentations, with targeted participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within assigned territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans

  • Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a professional manner

  • Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking

  • Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants

  • Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to adhere to guidelines for regulatory compliance

  • Achieve plan level and individual goals to help achieve service level agreements and business results

  • Participate in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as needed

  • Work collaboratively across internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

Within this clinical setting you will:Assume responsibility for students in clinical facilities.Clarify clinical expectations with students.Clarify student placement and expectations with clinical facility staff.Utilize care planning time to direct students to available resources needed for clinical preparation.Assess student knowledge and skill level to ensure safety and optimal care for patients.Utilize pre- and post- conference to allow students an opportunity to share learned experiences, ensuring clarity of the correlation between weekly theory content with clinical objectives and experiences.Provide feedback of clinical performance immediately after observation of event and of overall performance at midterm and end of semester.Your Experience Includes:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS office products as needed.Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards (e.g., ACPE, NABP, WSCUC, California Board of Pharmacy or other regulators and/or accreditation bodies).
*If directed by the Department Chair to develop a clinical practice site, current California Registered Pharmacist License is required or acquired within six months of hire.Education: Education and experience must align with state regulations and comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies.Must have a PharmD degree OR a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy plus 10 years professional experience in the areas of expertise or practice AND must have a documented background in educational methodology consistent with teaching assignments including but not limited to education theory and practice, current concepts relative to specific subjects he or she will be teaching, current clinical practice experience, and distance education techniques and delivery.Do you want a career that allows you to make a difference in other people’s lives? Ride Development Engineering Design Assurance is an all-encompassing role that provides technical oversight and guidance in support of Ride project teams. As Ride engineering experts, they lead the way when it comes to process, standardization, and overall design compliance. Design Assurance Engineers work alongside our project teams to provide experience, knowledge, and expertise to help advance our projects.

This role will work with the Executive Ride Development Engineering.

This is a full-time role.

Serve as Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Ride Engineering design review process to ensure that appropriate engineering/design standards, methods, analyses, and judgment are applied so the engineered products meet the design intent and the business imperatives of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Review designs related to Ride Engineering products and provide feedback to project teams and functional management regarding the acceptability of those designs.
Interpret and develop standards and codes that will be utilized by the Ride Engineering organization.
Partner with Disney leadership and project teams to improve process and standards for the benefit of future engineering efforts.
Contribute to mentoring and talent development
Advanced engineering knowledge (e.g., Advanced engineering expertise (e.g., machine design, weldments, power train, materials).
Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., Solid Modeling, Building Information Modeling (BIM), 2D Modeling, FEA, Engineering calculation software e.g. Mathcad, Engineering programming and modeling software e.g. MatLab).
Superior design sensibilities and creative problem solving.
Extensive experience with life safety design/requirements.
Experience with prototype, development, and/or innovative products.
Bachelor's Degree ( Engineering from an accredited college or university required. (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The hiring range/pay rate for Principal Ride Development Engineer is $139,200.00-$186,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary
