Responsibilities:What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with qualified buyers and sellers that our team sets appointments with
- Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations
- Build trust and guide clients through the home buying/selling process
- Follow up with prospects in your pipeline
- Convert opportunities into signed agreements and closed transactions
- Participate in coaching and training to improve conversion skills
