Reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts Filing journal entries and accounts payable invoices Send accounts receivable invoices to customers Reconcile accounts payable statements and file invoices Enter accounts payable invoices to be paid through accounts payable check cycle Submit reports related to accounts receivable/payable accounts Enter, edits and posts Analyze accounts receivable account discrepancies Perform both general ledger accounting and accounts payable functions Maintain all accounts payable records perform various reconciliations Perform various accounting administrative duties
