Class A CDL - Refined Fuel Driver - Richmond, VA

Estimated Annual: $86,000-$94,000/year

Pay: $26.50-$29.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:

• Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour
• Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour

In addition to pay differentials, drivers will receive the following compensation:

• Time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek
• Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour
• Driver Trainer Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $25/day up to $500 + bonuses for successful post-training observations
• $10 meal coupon per shift redeemable at all company locations

Fast-food was a relatively new concept back then, but BNEs commitment to friendly service and great-tasting charbroiled burgers established it as one of the industrys leaders. 
Despite our rapid growth and expansion throughout the Carolinas, Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia, BNE has maintained a close-knit family culture in which every individual is treated with mutual support and respect. 
Today, BNE operates just under 350 Hardee's restaurants and is the chain's largest privately held franchisee.

Shift Management Experience required

Must be 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations

Available to work all shifts and weekends

Complete 90 day probationary period

Must adhere to drug test, reference check, and criminal background for pre-employment purposes

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Background check
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
