Role Description
As the Customer Logistics Manager,you will oversee and optimize the movement of goods across internal warehouses and third-party partners, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and distribution. You will lead the day-to-day customer service and logistics operations, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
Reporting to the Director, Logistics US a Customer Logistics Manager at Arla Foods will have diverse responsibilities that include:
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed to leadership.
- Drive performance cost efficiency through metrics, cost management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage facility operations, including utilities, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to align strategies and execution.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field of study
- 7+ years of experience. Some food experience preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on experience. Annual bonus eligibility. Role is classified as exempt.
