A well-established law firm in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation, from case inception through trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Manage large-scale document production and review
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
- Interface with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel

POSITION OVERVIEW: Transport freight across dock area to/from trailers for loading to trailers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to: forklift, pallet jack and hand truck.

type, weight, hazardous materials), using current electronic or manual system.
