Position Description:

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader to support asphalt plant production. This role plays a key part in maintaining continuous plant operations by managing raw material stockpiles, loading bins and hoppers, and keeping the plant yard organized and safe.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do.
• Complete equipment condition reports, as well as a daily checklist of work to be done on your equipment and provide to the Project Superintendent daily through Middlesex Application.
• Cleaning the machines daily. This includes sweeping the cabs and removing trash daily, and lubricating doors and windows bi-weekly.
• Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Know where all utilities within the work zone are located.
• Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area.
• Inform your Superintendent or Foreman daily of your equipment fuel status so the fuel truck can be scheduled if needed for the next morning.
• Make a note on your equipment report and let your Superintendent know if you need any supplies, i.e.: grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or if the machine needs to be steam cleaned.

Position Overview

The Axel Group is seeking a proven, hands-on Project Manager with multi-family commercial experience (wood-frame / stick-frame strongly preferred) to oversee the full lifecycle of projects from preconstruction handoff through completion.

This is a field-driven role where the PM will spend the majority of their time on-site acting as the driver of execution - owning safety compliance, schedule, budget, quality control, subcontractor oversight, procurement/logistics, documentation, and team development. The ideal PM is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and confident leading fast-moving framing operations while keeping the project controls tight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall project execution from award/handoff through closeout - job build plan, schedule, budget, staffing, and production strategy.

• Manage change and extra work - ASIs, change orders, and extra work tracking; maintain clean logs and documentation.
• Partner with field leadership (site supervisors/foremen) to keep work organized - maintain plan updates and task assignments in field software (e.g., Fieldwire).
• Handle key project admin and reporting - support timely WIP reporting, track man-hour budgets, review client SOV for monthly billing, and ensure accurate coding/submission of hours, expenses, accommodations, and subcontractor billings.
• Develop and lead the team - support hiring, training, performance reviews, and long-term growth plans for field leaders and crews.
• Closeout and continuous improvement - support closeout/warranty documentation, participate in post-mortems, and drive “lessons learned” improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience on multi-family commercial projects (wood-frame/stick-frame preferred).
• Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, logistics, and project controls in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through - able to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned.

The Opportunity:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent Circle Logistics and promote our services to new customers, build your book of business and provide outstanding customer service where you will be the owner of your own portfolio working in a team environment. You will bring solutions to established and prospective customers and nurture these relationships into long-term partnerships.

What you'll do:

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing customer day to day requirements
• Match customer demand with quotes for their freight-related inquiries
• Build strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnerships
• Solve complex problems and be the main contact for all your accounts’ communications
• Organize and manage your daily shipments to ensure our "No-Fail" policy
• Collaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans

What you'll need:

• Logistics experience preferred, not required
• Experience with and/or ability to learn a variety of TMS/CRM platforms
• Above average proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask
• Time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to be available after hours and weekends if needed
• Excellent teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Hunting and bringing in new business while overseeing high level existing book of business
• Cold calling, emailing and qualifying clients that fit into our network
• Lead generation from google, hoovers and zoom info to gain market share
• The face of the account, steps in for higher level escalations, does not execute day to day tasks
• Quarterly business reviews for high level objectives with senior level management for the clients
• Monthly or weekly continuous improvement calls and strategy with both the account management team and client
• Provides direction and management their direct reports, KPIs guidance and daily operational tasks checklist for their book of business
• Real time coaching moments for operations, quoting and communication to clients
• Coaches their operational team for the daily tasks and execution of account management

Expectations

• Maintain a minimum of 25 outbound calls daily
• Maintain a minimum acceptable load count, monthly GP, and monthly CRM activities as set by management
• Exemplify Circle’s commitment to “No Fail Service” by reducing preventable bouncing, giving loads back, etc.
• Achieve daily goal accomplishments as set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Advancement Requirements

• Experience in an Account Management position
• Completion of internal Circle Leadership Training
• Consistent, exemplary execution of role expectations
• Proven track record of leadership qualities
• 4-Year College Degree or similar experience
