As a Client Banking Services Professional, you are at the forefront of the client experience, delivering outstanding customer service to our Charles Schwab Bank clients calling for assistance. You will field 40-60 inbound calls every day, providing subject matter expertise on the following banking products and services: deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This is a phone-based role requiring the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
What you haveRequired Qualifications

Perform Systems Engineering activities with a focus on integration and test (SI&T) functions in support of the Multi-Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) product line for the Ku Band Radio Frequency System (KuRFS) tactical radar.
Conduct radar systems and software tests independently and analyze results to assess performance, functionality, and compliance.
Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis
Travel up to 25% in support of integration and test activities, with trips up to three weeks at remote test sites required.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Radar system installation, integration, and/or test experience.

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the integration, testing, and verification of advanced hardware and software systems. You will ensure our products meet customer requirements and perform to expectations, from initial development through deployment and post-deployment support. What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop test procedures and
- troubleshoot system level issues for RF and EW systems.
- Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test‑range environment.
- Support testing, validation, and integration activities for phased array antenna systems, RF sensor, and EW systems.
- Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance and inform design decisions.
- Create and execute test plans and procedures, evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in preparation for final system sell-off to the customer.
- Support production, system deployment, and post-deployment activities, ensuring product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to identify and implement solutions to complex system challenges.
- Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
- Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
- Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
- Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
- Diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.
- Modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare (EW) or radar systems.
- Experience with calibrating, operating, and supporting the integration of phased‑array or RF sensor systems.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active DoD clearance with investigation within five years.
- Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).

What You Will Do
Design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc).
Implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and implementation of microwave design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership.
Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.
Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements in alignment with factory and program production needs.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior work experience.

Experience with data analysis using MATLAB.

Multidisciplinary Integrated Systems Department (MISD) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team in McKinney, TX. This position will perform software and hardware integration, verification, and validation activities as a Systems Engineer.
Perform Systems Engineering activities with a focus on integration and test (SI&T) functions in support of the Multi-Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) product line for the Ku Band Radio Frequency System (KuRFS) tactical radar.
Conduct radar systems and software tests independently and analyze results to assess performance, functionality, and compliance.
Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis
Travel up to 25% in support of integration and test activities, with trips up to three weeks at remote test sites required.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Radar system installation, integration, and/or test experience.
Government test sites.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering / Computer Science, or System Engineering.
Experience in System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and/or Validation. Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
Experience with radar concepts and operations.

The Role
We are looking for an associate attorney to join our legal team. Attorney responsibilities will include review and analysis of legal documentation (e.g., living trust agreements, powers of attorney, leasehold agreements, LLC documents, deed restrictions, etc.) as well as general legal and compliance support and research for our lender clients.
The attorney will become an expert on state and federal lending rules and regulations, as well as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA loan requirements. Responsibilities may also include analyzing loan documents such as title commitments, contracts, surveys and federal disclosures to prepare compliant loan closing document packages.

What You Will Do
