What You'll Do:
Interpret customer requirements, translate them into clear reporting deliverables, including generating dashboards, query building and recurring or ad hoc report formats.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of earned and owned media data, including social listening outputs, news coverage, and content performance, to identify key narratives, opportunities, and risks.
Craft contextual insights based on performance metrics and KPIs, turning raw data into clear, concise storylines.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to provide clients with insights on brand perception, performance, and industry trends.

Utilize Meltwater software, Excel, and PowerPoint to extract data, synthesize findings, and package insights in a way that informs strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Data Analytics, or related fields emphasizing research and analysis.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a particular emphasis on proficient report writing in English.

JOB SUMMARY:
Perform the daily activities as described below. Basic Purpose: Perform various routine laboratory functions in a precise and accurate fashion to assist the laboratory professional staff and to facilitate production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sorting, and receiving specimens in the department.
Performs routine instrument maintenance on some equipment.
Performs laboratory tasks of centrifuging specimens, printing extra labels, recording data (temperature charts) specimen storage and retrieval.
Preparing reagents and or media in the department.
Preparing specimens at workstations for testing. (Including building worklists, aliquoting specimens into sample cups, checking specimens for clots and fibrin, inoculation, slide preparation)
Performs QA/QC duties as assigned.
Resolves pending lists.
Finds missing samples.
Decontaminates work areas.
Performs weekly radioactive wipe tests.
Maintains files for department records.
Changes gas cylinders.
Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations.
Uses the laboratory computer system as well as operates PCs.
Disposes of biohazardous material.
Completes training and competency checklists as appropriate.

The Patient Services Representative II PSR II represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into lifedefining health decisions.
The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
