Summary:
The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts—such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
* Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
* Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
* Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
* Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
* Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
* Identify and assess legal, operational, and compliance risks in IT contract.
* Other duties as assigned.

Keyfactor has an opening for a full-time Integration Engineer to assist our sales and delivery organizations by building integrations between our core products and customer enterprise systems (web servers, networking platforms, ticketing systems, cloud hosting environments, CI/CD platforms,etc.) and IoT devices and platforms (Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT, PTCThingworx, etc.)Integrationsprimarily involve extendingKeyfactorPKI lifecycle management intocustomer enterprisesystems.
The position will involve working with Sales Engineers to create prototype integrations during the demonstration and proof of concept phases of the sales cycle, and with Platform Solutions Architects during the product delivery phase to create production-quality integrations. Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

About the position
The Global Controller is a leader and operator who will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, focusing on project execution and team development.
- Ensure that engineering work aligns with technical and business requirements.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, managing timelines and resources.
- Collaborate with product managers and other teams to drive project success.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills, strong decision-making, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in team management, process improvement, and effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive performance improvements.
- Ability to oversee project execution, collaborate across departments, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of departmental operations, budget management, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and performance optimization.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Hand-on experience with programming in C/C++ and Go.
- Strong background in building scalable software systems for multi-cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments.
- Experience with cryptographic libraries and frameworks.
- Experience integrating with external systems using APIs for push-based (webhooks, pub/sub, streaming) and pull-based (polling, REST/RPC/gRPC) data exchange.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven and message-oriented architectures, using tools such as Kafka, cloud-native pub/sub systems or similar.
- Familiarity with containerization (docker, podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling in distributed environments.
- Experience with deep cryptographic object inspection, secure protocol implementation (TLS, PKI, key management), and certificate validation a big plus.
- Experience with static analysis tools and techniques, including parsing, bytecode analysis, and vulnerability detection a big plus.
- Exposure to endpoint agents, scanning tools, and security integrations a big plus.
