Basic Job Functions: The role of Human Resources Administrator includes but is not limited to providing support on all Human Resources matters, processing payroll, benefit assistance, orientation/onboarding, maintaining teammate files, assisting teammates with day-to-day inquiries and other duties as assigned.
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is crucial.
This position will demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidentiality while proactively communicating and completing follow through with teammates and other customers.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor, therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR 4+ years of Human Resources experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products No relatives employed at Vulcraft Nebraska or Nucor Detailing Center (Nucor Corporation Policy No 21 B 3) Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of payroll experience Experience using SAP/Success Factors
