A well-established manufacturer of innovative machinery solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations supporting manufacturing and service teams. Key Responsibilities


Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, shipping, and cycle counting.
  • Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, logged, and stored according to established standards.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient layout for raw materials, ink, parts, and finished goods.
  • Develop and enforce operational procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain relationships with freight carriers, parcel services, and LTL providers.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates.
  • Establish daily goals and monitor productivity.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety policies.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership or machining operations will also be considered.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership responsibility. A strong technical background in machining or manufacturing processes is highly desirable, as the role requires the ability to support production teams in troubleshooting operational challenges and improving manufacturing performance.

Position Overview

The Technology team of R&D Americas, located in Kennesaw Georgia, is seeking an experienced Engineer/Technologist in the Surface Treatment and Corrosion testing laboratories. This position plays a critical role in the laboratories that handle lab testing, develop new methods, operate and maintain test equipment, resolve equipment issues, design and implement next generation capabilities to improve existing setup. R&D Americas performs R&D projects and delivers innovation in advanced aluminum alloys with special surface characteristics that meet Novelis customers' requirements and supports Novelis manufacturing plants worldwide. The laboratories are set up to simulate real-production surface treatment processes in automotive/other OEMs and in-service corrosive environment. The Corrosion Labs includes 12 humidity chambers, one of them is dedicated specifically to adhesive/aluminum bond durability in extreme conditions.

The incumbent will work closely with Surface/Corrosion scientists to conduct research work that would include experiments design, testing, data interpretation and data analysis of the results through various laboratory based corrosion tests such as continuous neutral salt spray, cyclic corrosion testing (e.g. G85-A2), adhesive bond durability testing; surface treatment lab includes surface cleaning & etching, chemical conversion coating (e.g. Zn-phosphating), electrochemical oxidation (e.g. anodizing) and chemical bath characterization techniques (e.g. titration). A successful candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of specialized surface treatment process/corrosion testing, while providing technical expertise/support to routine tests and non-routine experiments.

  • This role is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare samples for Surface treatment/Corrosion testing according to work request or method specifications for tests
  • Conduct Surface treatment/Corrosion testing for research projects and implement design of experiments with high quality and minimal guidance. Compile lab reports with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Perform and develop thorough understanding of routine tasks in the Surface Treatment/Corrosion labs, developing specialization in these areas.

Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

Ensure credibility of Finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive job cost system.

Qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.

3.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

4.

Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

5.

Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.

6.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

7.

Working knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.

8.

Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

9.

Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

10.

Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

11.
