Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waterville, ME, for a Civil Estimator. The responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing design documents, sourcing materials, and collaborating with project managers and other team members. The role also involves evaluating subcontractor bids, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring that cost estimations align with project goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial analysis for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods, as well as blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools such as Bluebeam, B2W, Trimble or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to provide precise and efficient estimates.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Sterility Assurance Associate – 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a Sterility Assurance Associate to support sterility assurance and contamination control initiatives within a sterile/aseptic manufacturing environment. This consultant will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Services teams to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory expectations while strengthening site sterility assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for sterility assurance, aseptic processing, contamination control, and cleaning/process validation activities.
• Support aseptic process simulations (media fills), environmental monitoring programs, and sterile gowning practices.
• Assist with validation and qualification activities for manufacturing processes, equipment, and sterilization cycles.
• Author and maintain SOPs, validation documentation, and contamination control strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap assessments, and remediation activities related to sterile manufacturing operations.
• Support deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Assist with regulatory inspection readiness and GMP compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Biology, or related scientific field.
• Experience working in sterile, aseptic, biologics, or parenteral manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations (FDA, EU GMP) and sterile manufacturing best practices.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
