Now Hiring: Quality Supervisor / Quality Engineer
Manufacturing Environment | On‑site
We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality professional to lead inspection and quality control activities across the manufacturing lifecycle—from suppliers to customers. This role plays a key part in preventing defects, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a team responsible for inspection and quality control
Ensure quality compliance throughout all phases of manufacturing
Administer and enforce internal quality control systems and procedures
Analyze defects, nonconformances, and process trends to drive corrective actions
Lead internal defect reduction and continuous improvement projects
Review Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and implement process improvements
Partner with suppliers on quality deviations and corrective actions
Interpret engineering drawings, inspection data, and production reports
Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to prevent recurring quality issues
Develop or improve test methods, inspection procedures, and quality tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Completion of assigned Corrective Reports (CRs)
Internal defect reduction projects completed
KPI achievement rate of direct reports
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Experience with 8D problem solving and quality tools
Familiarity with ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
Hands‑on experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office and manufacturing environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Regular interaction with internal teams and external suppliers/customers
