Job Overview:
This position will interact and support all aspects of product development, including concept development, analysis, validation, supply chain interactions, manufacturing implementation, as well as production support. The individual will be expected to work closely with all areas of the business to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- The primary responsibility of this position is to develop market leading product technologies
- Utilization of computer assisted design/drafting (SolidWorks CAD) equipment and software
- Perform virtual and physical analysis to validate design integrity
- Create and revise detailed drawings utilizing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards
- Create strategic project action plans and cost estimates of materials, time, and other resources required to complete the project
- Facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs
- Identify, validate, and implement continuous product improvement opportunities
- Design manufacturing jigs and fixtures
- Other duties as assigned to ensure project success
- Other duties as assigned by management team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Project management skills with a focus on objective target dates and milestones
- Ability to independently prioritize and meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, highly productive environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Knowledge of archery industry and shooting is also desirable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related
- Prior experience with SolidWorks
- Prior experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Training as a CSWIP Visual Welding Inspector is preferred
- 2-5 years professional engineering experience preferred

Projects are focused on sustaining maintenance capital, reliability improvements, process efficiency and opportunity expansions with multi-discipline teams.
Project Managers are responsible to manage project elements through the design, construction, and commissioning phases to assure cost effective and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities: Lead project management activities including oversight of Engineering Provider (EP) detailed design deliverables, constructability reviews, project risk, change and schedule management Ensure utilization of SRC design specifications and consult with refinery Operations and engineering Subject Matter Experts Facilitate procurement, and fabrication, and construction activities including reviewing scope of supply, bid lists, request for quotation, technical and commercial evaluations, and purchase requisitions Ensure contracted services adherence to cost estimates, schedule targets and quality expectations utilizing change management processes Deliverables: Write scopes of work and request for proposal for EP services and contribute to the bidding process Host project meetings for engineering and design efforts through a Stage Gate process Provide executive level reports for Stage Gate approval and project status

The Electrical/Instrumentation (& Analyzer) Planner/Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating Instrumentation, Electrical, and Analyzer (IEA) work scope during refinery turnarounds and other events.
This position works closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and contractors to ensure all IEA activities are properly scoped, planned, scheduled, and executed safely within schedule.
This individual will own the process from beginning to end and be accountable for all IEA project deliverables.
