Experienced Helicopter Engine Technician with expertise in Rolls-Royce M250/RR300 Engines and Modules to join our Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center in Broussard, LA.
- Disassemble and assemble engines, modules, components and assemblies in accordance with customer specifications, regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot to identify problems and adjust repairs as required.
- Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications; utilize measuring tools to ensure the serviceability of parts.
- Operate a range of machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures pertinent to tasks.
- Maintain all FAA/DOT mandates and regulations.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing and overhauling Rolls-Royce M250 and/or RR300 Engines.
- FAA Power Plant Certification is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.

Duties
- Develop detailed civil engineering drawings, schematics, and plans using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or ArchiCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D models of infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and site layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts into precise technical drafts.
- Utilize advanced software like Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to enhance project visualization and accuracy.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and detailed schematics for use during project implementation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in system design and graphic presentation to communicate project ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, or ArchiCAD is essential.

Position Overview
- We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business growth across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This position is responsible for identifying new project opportunities, driving sales growth, and developing client relationships to position Tate Metalworks as the preferred partner for field-erected API tank and ASME pressure vessel projects.
- The ideal candidate has experience in industrial construction projects and demonstrates the ability to build long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve company growth goals and meet sales targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development through contract negotiation and close.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with EPCs, general contractors, owners, technology/OEMs, and engineering firms.
- Track market trends and report customer feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Collaborate with Tate’s engineering, estimating, and project management team.
- Attend and exhibit at industry trade shows and conferences, and host lunch-and-learns to expand Tate’s brand and network.
- Support strategic accounts and projects outside of the assigned territory as needed.
- Travel extensively (50–70%) across the assigned region.
- Document customer communication in CRM
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, Engineering, or construction management.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the industrial construction market and/or within the fabrication and construction of API tanks and ASME pressure vessels. Proven track record of developing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial construction projects and their sales cycles. Knowledge of API tanks or ASME vessels is preferred.
- Personality Traits: Proactive, driven, resilient, innovative, and emotionally intelligent.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Aligned with Tate Metalworks’ culture and values.

- Performs standard vehicle maintenance
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
- Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision

- Works unsupervised on most tasks

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
