POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for day-to-day compliance of safety programs and related activities at the Vernon, CA facility.
Responsibilities:
- Environmental Compliance Programs:Ensure operations are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct audits and training programs as needed.
- Establish a working relationship with appropriate regulatory agency personnel.
- Generate reports and permit applications (air, water, waste), ensure compliance with applicable permit requirements.
- Review proposed manufacturing changes and assess environmental impact.
- Work to reduce waste generation and support any remediation activities under the direction of the Corporate HSE Director and Regional HSE Manager.
- Health and Safety Programs:Have oversight of Industrial Hygiene, Fire Prevention LOTO, PPE, etc. Ensure that programs are in place to assist in meeting Company objectives.
- Ensure training programs and in place to ensure compliance.
- Implement accident, near miss, and observation reporting programs to proactively manage safety performance.
- Lead root cause analysis investigation and manage documentation confirm corrective actions have been put in place ensuring complete case management of injuries (reporting, workers compensation, return to work, etc.).
- Build communications required to present incident details and corrective action plans to diffident levels of the business.
- Ensure Job Safety and Environmental Analyses/Job Hazard Analysis are being conducted as required.
- Evaluate operational practices to determine methods to eliminate workplace hazards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Health & Safety or the Sciences
- Min of 3+ years of Health & Safety experience 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with OSHA, LOTO, Root Cause Analysis

CIVIL / Jurisdiction ENGINEERING MANAGER
Under administrative direction, of the Regional Vice President Civil Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing staff and delivering quality product and services to jurisdictional and private sector clients.
Civil / Jurisdictional Engineering Manager, to oversee a team that supports planning, design review, construction, inspections and client consulting as it relates to grading, stormwater, roadways, jurisdiction related public work projects (i.e. landfill, water, wastewater, transportation facilities).
Civil / Jurisdictional Engineering Manager oversees full scope of professional civil engineering/land surveying work in the field and in the office; prepare documents, plans and supports plan review of construction documents and specifications of client projects / review work prepared by others.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This level is distinguished from Senior Engineer by the oversight of all matters pertaining to engineering and engineering judgement. Positions in this class provide directions to engineering staff and may be tasked to support clients in the capacity of City/County Engineer.

Field Superintendent
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Field Superintendent with Underground Power experience in the Los Angeles area. Ability to complete construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, field staff, and sub-contractors.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Directly oversees job site personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work schedules and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
- Works with Project Manager and Scheduler in the development and refinement of the project schedule to keep the schedules properly updated and see that the job meets the completion date while meeting budget
- Responsible for approving all expenses for each assigned job; ensure they are applied to the proper job and phase code

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β· Planning and coordination of subcontractorsβ work and activities for a project.

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

- Collaborate with IT and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to integrate Foundry into existing systems and workflows to maintain data integrity and workflows.
- Design and build customized workflows that address specific business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Palantir or in a comparable forward-deployed, client-facing technical role
- Minimum 2-3 years building data products and workflows
- Minimum 2-3 years Palantir Foundry experience, including use case design and implementation
- Experience administering Palantir Foundry instance strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data engineering and data analysis tools such as Python, Spark, and SQL. Additional Data Science experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to understand critical user questions, identify pain points, and optimize product usage
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex, cross-functional projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with strong creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
