QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2–5 years of applied experience in quality engineering, quality management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO-9001 and AAR M-1003 standards.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
  • Certified Quality Auditor (ISO-9001) preferred.
  • ASQ certification or other recognized quality certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical procedures, engineering documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization and mentor team members as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
