your challenge
- Develop and implement a multi-site quality strategy aligned with corporate and operational goals.
- Serve as the top-level authority for Quality across all manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Supply Chain to ensure cross-functional alignment on quality objectives.
- Provide direction and oversight for all Quality Managers and site quality teams, ensuring consistent processes and accountability.
- Lead the organization toward achieving and sustaining ISO 9001 certification, as well as any applicable customer or regulatory standards.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all facilities.
- Ensure QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) methodology is fully deployed and standardized at each site.
- Drive compliance with customer specifications, industry regulations, and internal standards for all products and processes.
- Manage internal and external quality audits, supplier audits, and customer visits.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
- Use data-driven insights to develop and execute strategic quality improvement plans across the business.
- Facilitate quarterly Quality Management Reviews and contribute to Continuous Improvement (CIP) programs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer quality concerns and oversee resolution of all customer complaints and nonconformances.
- Supporting all quality aspects in new project launch coming 2026.
- Build strong relationships with customers through transparency, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Oversee supplier quality programs, including incoming inspection, qualification, and performance tracking.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership in large scale manufacturing environment, including multi-site responsibility.
- Demonstrated success implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and influence cross-functional leaders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.

Director of Continuous Improvement

As a full-time Director of Continuous Improvement in the Operations Department at Aalberts, located in Pageland, SC. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, The Director of Continuous Improvement acts as role model and serves as a champion for successful and sustained Lean implementation, APS and CI processes in the region or division. This position requires a leader, who is in charge to manage the regional or business group CI network to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the sites (Safety, Scrap, Delivery, Direct labor productivity, OEE, and other cost), deploy the Group CI and business group operation strategies and initiatives and to support site team in continuous improvement activities. In additional to ensure follow up of all the productivity projects at business group in the areas and support the business strategies like footprint, P-30 (improve 30% productivity plan), etc.

- Work closely with regional COO or business group COO to build the CI network according to the operation strategy.
- Support the Plant / Site Managers, APU Managers and Plant / Site CI Managers to understand the CI strategies and apply the Lean tools.
- Support the production supervisors to understand the importance of the respect of the standards and their improvement role.
- Ensure that Plant / Site CI Managers network is permanently fulfilled at right level for success.
- Manage the Plant / Site CI Managers network of the region or division: annual professional competences appraisal, contribution & validation to recruitment, definition of training plan, validation of lean skill development and manage detection/growing of local production system potentials. Organize network meeting and On Job Training.
- Organize the cross fertilization of good practices within the region or division.
- Ensure that lean rules are taken into account in new projects at right time.
- Validate the Sites lean deployment plan vs Group directives & instructions, and Sites Priorities, including Smart factory/Industrial 4.0, and support their deployment.
- Help the Plant / Site Managers identify opportunities for SQDICP progress.
- Deploy and follow Group initiatives within his/her region or division.
- Check through a regular presence on every Site of his region or division that Sites are working on appropriate priorities.
- Coach Plant / Site Managers: Plant, Production, APU, CI, Production & Supply Chain support functions on lean processes implementation.
- Check regularly Gemba in depth the proper deployment of lean roadmaps and ensure a close follow up of progress plans.
- Challenge the plants’ budget & related financial indicators of sites in budget preparation phase.

- Lean Manufacture in car automotive for > 8 years.
- Strong background experience in purchasing, program management, manufacturing and /or supply chain management.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) preferred.

Maintenance Manager – Machining

As a full-time Maintenance Manager in the Machining facility at Aalberts, located in Pageland, SC, you will be responsible for leading all maintenance and reliability activities for machining operation consisting of CNC machines, bar transfer, CNC lathe and transfer machines. This role will stabilize equipment reliability, reduce chronic downtime, and transition the plant from reactive maintenance practices to a fully implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system. The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team across three shifts and drive machine turnaround initiatives, capital equipment replacement projects, tooling readiness and automation improvements.

- Lead and develop a 15-Headcount maintenance team across three shifts, establishing accountability, training programs, and performance standards.
- Assess current equipment condition and develop structured recovery plans for aging CNC and transfer equipment.
- Eliminate chronic downtime through root cause analysis (RCA), structured troubleshooting, and permanent corrective actions.
- Transition the facility from reactive, unsustainable maintenance to a disciplined preventive and predictive maintenance strategy.
- Design and fully implement a TPM roadmap through managing Maintenance Tier boards, including autonomous maintenance, PM standardization, audits, and KPI tracking. Drive preventive maintenance compliance to exceed 90% while improving MTBF and reducing MTTR.
- Lead machine rebuilds, retrofits, and control upgrades where financially justified.
- Lead CAPEX projects: develop and execute a long-term asset replacement strategy aligned with production growth and operational needs.
- Manage maintenance budget, including cost control, ROI analysis, and spare parts optimization.
- Tooling & asset readiness:
- Oversee tooling maintenance, rebuild, and readiness for CNC and transfer machines.
- Partner with Production and Engineering to establish tooling life standards and change intervals.
- Reduce downtime related to tooling wear, breakage, and setup variability.
- Optimize tooling inventory levels and vendor relationships.
- Optimize CMMS usage for work order management, asset history tracking, and downtime analytics.
- Leverage CMMS to improve spare parts management availability and stocks.

- Experience with automation applications and implementation a plus.
Targeted Attributes:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Lean certification from a reputable organization or certifying body; preferably (Bronze-level) certification from the Lean Certification Alliance.
- Experience working in machining a plus.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
Your Location:
This position is located in Pageland, SC onsite Monday through Friday. Relocation assistance is available and will be addressed in an initial conversation.
