Work Environment
This is a field-based role requiring in-person client engagement and presence at our Painesville office and warehouse. The position involves a combination of office work, client site visits, and travel throughout the sales territory. This role is hands-on and industrial in nature, working directly with manufacturing and processing equipment.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert technical consultant, analyzing client needs in areas like mixing and blending, vibratory feeding and conveying, corrosion control and prevention, level control and inventory management, material handling and flow solutions and custom engineered system solutions
- Manage the complete client relationship lifecycle—from initial contact and needs assessment through technical proposal development and solution delivery
- Create and present compelling technical proposals that demonstrate clear value and ROI for clients
- Partner with world-class principal suppliers and internal teams to design and deliver the optimal solution for every customer
- Identify and develop relationships with potential principals who offer best-in-class solutions aligned with our agency's mission
- Present and maintain a professional, self-managed, and organized approach to sales activities and client communications
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering required. This is a hands-on industrial equipment role, not an inside software or IT position.
- 5–10 years of industrial experience with a demonstrated track record in technical sales and/or applications engineering
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative approach to addressing client challenges
- Self-motivated and independent with a drive for personal and agency success
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR will be reviewed prior to employment)
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% initially to support client needs, with increased travel as territory develops
Preferred

A growing global medical device manufacturer focused on advanced ophthalmic technology is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support precision optical lens fabrication and assembly operations. This role partners closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes, support production, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for precision optical lens fabrication and assembly
• Develop and maintain metrology processes used to measure optical lens assemblies in production
• Partner with optical design engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable at scale
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support quality and long term product reliability
• Lead manufacturing improvements including sourcing equipment and establishing new processes
• Provide day to day production floor support by troubleshooting build issues and improving yields

Minimum Requirements

Cometic Gasket, Inc., is a leading worldwide supplier of gaskets and engine sealing solutions for Automotive Performance, Powersports, Original Equipment and Remanufactured Engine Industries. We are currently seeking an individual, Tool and Die Maker, for our expanding Tool Room.
Our Tool Room consists of standard Tool Room machines, along with VMC’s and Tool and Die Makers at Cometic Gasket are responsible for building and repairing our progressive and single hit metal stamping dies and the safe & successful operation of all production tooling.
A successful candidate shall have several years of experience working with tight tolerance progressive dies in a medium to long run stamping environment on up to 200-ton presses.
Responsibilities:
· Machining of die sets, die sections, and tooling components
· Build/repair progressive, single hit dies, jigs and fixtures
· Plan and perform bench and machine operations for tooling
· Fit and assemble sections and components for dies, jigs and fixtures
· Continuous improvement of tooling
Experience:
· Tool and Die: 4 years State Certified or 6 years of documented tool room exp.
· Trouble Shooting: 2 years exp. Min.
· Previous experience in tooling and manufacturing
· Previous experience in working with progressive and pierce/blank dies
· Knowledge of basic TR equipment and machinery
· Prior CNC and Wire EDM experience is a plus.
· Excellent attendance is required.

The Weld Production Supervisor oversees daily welding operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines hands‑on technical welding knowledge with strong leadership, production planning, and continuous improvement skills.
Primary Job Duties:
- Operate as a manufacturing leader demonstrating metric-based management in areas of PQDCCC for daily improvement– people/quality/delivery/cost/cash/CI
- Responsible for driving a culture of safety, accountability, metrics and operational excellence.
- Direct and coordinate daily welding activities on the shop floor and assign work based on welder skill level, certifications, and project requirements
- Train and mentor welders, robotic cell operators, and production staff.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting results on shift production summaries
- Work with engineering on weld procedures, process improvements, fixture design, and technical issues
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications
- Partner with quality control to resolve defects, rework, or process issues
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting process variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions and facilitating communications across cross functional teams
- Ensures effective employee relations, coaching, and employee development
- Lead or participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization initiatives
Skills/ Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of operations leadership experience in welding/fabrication manufacturing environment
