Expected salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Coordinates, and conducts performance-based operations Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
• Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
• Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
• Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
• Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
• Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
• Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
• Must achieve Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification within 18 months of assuming the position.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous Equipment Operator with 6 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
• Associate's degree in technical discipline, education, or training with 4 years of nuclear technical background or 6 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
• Current or previous licensed Reactor Operator or SRO certification with 4 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or related science, education or training with 3 years of nuclear technical background or 4 years of related (e.g. test reactor, commercial, industrial, or military power plant operator) experience OR
• Current or previous SRO license
• The requirements as outlined above meet or exceed ANSI/ANS-3.1-2 Standard, "Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants"
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

• Experience in commercial nuclear training
• Knowledge of and experience with the systematic approach to training (SAT)

Salary Range: $71,307
- $121,423 DCS is looking for a Software Tester to join our team supporting NAVY Test Wing Atlantic.

Software development is performed within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) team.

Software is migrating from a federated app (standalone executable) to a cloud-based service developed and maintained in Amazon Web Services (AWS) utilizing the Atlassian tool suite.

Duties will include requirements analysis, design, development, test and deployment of software tools that comprise the software solution for the platforms.

The team operates in a hybrid environment where in-office collaboration is performed on Mondays and Tuesdays and telework is utilized the remainder of the week.

Essential Job Functions: Interface directly with project managers, government stakeholders, vendors, and developmental organizations to identify software system requirements, software design and implementations.

Provide inputs for sprint planning and execution to include scope, needs, and schedule.

Design, develop, integrate and test target software.

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Database Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science plus 3 years of experience is required.

Secret security clearance on Day One with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SAP US Government Secret security clearance.

Experience in Systems & Software requirements analysis, design, and systems integration pertaining to medium to high complexity hardware/software systems.

Strong C#/C++ Knowledge and experience.

Experience working with automated test utilizing MatLab and/or RobotFramework.

Excellent technical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile Scrum.

Desired Skills: Experience with mission planning and/or ballistics software.

Experience developing micro services.

Experience with Atlassian Suite.

Salary: $87,934
- $140,000 DCS is seeking a senior systems engineer with avionics data storage and data processing experience.

Essential Job Functions: Operate independently and as part of multiple larger teams to evaluate vendor solutions for US Navy aircraft data storage, data retrieval, and data processing.

Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.

Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience; three of which should be supporting US Navy acquisitions.

Experience with NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes.

Desired Skills: Master's degree in systems engineering with a concentration in avionics.

- $140,000 Lead a dynamic team of software and hardware engineers integrating safety critical systems into Navy aircraft.

- $150,000 Currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join our contractor/government team in support of US Navy Aircraft Safety Programs.

Essential Job Functions: The successful candidate will work with the engineering and test groups providing technical support including data analysis, system and software requirements, aircraft flight dynamics, and test & evaluation support.
