Overview
The Engineer/Programmer is responsible for preparing and validating PCB fabrication and assembly data packages while also programming and supporting production equipment across Aduraβs SMT, inspection, and electrical test platforms.
This role bridges design-to-manufacturing execution by converting customer data into production-ready CAM outputs and machine programs for SMT lines, AOI, X-ray, and Flying Probe systems. The position plays a critical role in enabling high-reliability thermal PCB-A production for Automotive, Medical, Defense, and Aerospace markets.
Key Responsibilities
CAM & DFM Responsibilities
- Review customer Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and CAD data for manufacturability
- Create panel layouts optimized for yield, SMT flow, and thermal PCB constraints
- Define stack-ups, copper weights, materials, impedance requirements
- Perform DFM analysis for heavy copper, metal-core, and high-power designs
- Generate fabrication drawings, drill files, and production documentation
- Manage revision control and maintain accurate data records
- Support quoting with panel yield calculations and fabrication cost drivers
Machine Programming & Production Support
- Program SMT pick-and-place machines (component libraries, feeder setup, placement files)

Overview
The PCB-A / Manufacturing Process Engineer leads the development, implementation, and optimization of Aduraβs high-reliability thermal PCB, PCB-A, and integrated box-build manufacturing operations.
This role owns end-to-end process control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, vacuum/nitrogen reflow, X-ray validation, electrical test (Flying Probe), conformal coating, and full box-build / subsystem integration.
The position ensures robust manufacturing flow, yield performance, and regulatory compliance for Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Industrial, Lighting, and Medical device programs.
Key Responsibilities
SMT & PCB-A Manufacturing
- Lead full SMT line setup including solder paste printing, 3D SPI control, reflow profiling (vacuum/nitrogen), AOI tuning, X-ray validation, and electrical test integration
- Optimize thermal PCB processes including heavy copper, metal-core, and high-current assemblies
- Establish process controls for Flying Probe electrical validation and functional testing
- Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time optimization

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain planning and supplier execution for Developlus across demand planning, supply planning, domestic and international sourcing, vendor onboarding and management, procurement coordination, inventory management, and planning systems support. This role is accountable for building disciplined, data-driven planning routines and supplier management practices that support rapid growth, increasing channel complexity, and an accelerating innovation pipeline. The role works closely with Packaging Engineering and cross-functional partners to source and qualify packaging and componentry for existing items and new launches. This role does not own master production planning and does not manage warehouse operations, transportation, or order fulfillment execution.
Core Mandate

Job Summary:
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, production-based cost estimates for assigned demolition and construction projects. This role develops bid strategies, performs quantity takeoffs and site reviews, analyzes direct and indirect costs, and supports estimate reviews and presentations. The Estimator applies company procedures and contract requirements to deliver competitive, compliant bids.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for concrete cutting, demolition, and related construction projects
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and scope reviews from plans and specifications
- Review contract documents to define scope, assess risk, and support bid strategy development
- Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns including labor, equipment, materials, and indirect costs
- Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
- Provide technical input on means, methods, and equipment to support cost-effective execution
- Support Project Managers with value engineering, change orders, and extra work pricing
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and estimate reviews

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:
- Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

About the role:

Job Summary:
Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking to hire an organized, timely, and respectful project engineer with a minimum of a bachelorβs degree in engineering, architecture or construction management to join our Anaheim office (Anaheim, CA). The project engineer must have short- and long-term processing abilities and demonstrate their ability to understand and comply with company, project, contractual requirements, and to provide clear and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in managing large & complex HVAC construction projects.
- Assist in managing subcontractor scope and performance of contractual requirements.
- Assist in tracking field installation.
- Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence.
- Accurate documentation to successfully track projects, including submittals, schedules, schedule
- Of values, billings, RFIβs (requests for information), requests for change orders, change orders,
- Project start-up and close-out (including timely processing of O&Mβs and βas-builtβ packages).
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
Basis of Evaluation:
- Projects consistently meet or exceed expected profit objectives.
- Effective control of deliveries to coincide with schedules and progress billing.
- Timely review, approval, and submission of RFI's, requests for change orders, and change
- orders.
- Timeliness and accuracy of submittals, project turnover and start-up packages.
- Proper documentation of all projects reflecting the flow of the project.
- Maintain and grow Control Airβs customer satisfaction and reputation.
Required Characteristics:
- Must have a strong work ethic and a βcan-doβ problem solving attitude.
- Must be an excellent listener and communicator.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bluebeam, Adobe editing, ACAD training is an advantage.
- Experience in mechanical contracting is desired but not necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a Construction related profession or similar is required.
- Must present a strong, confident and professional image.
- Must be able to commute to different jobsites within the Bay Area.
Skills:
- Basic level of understating plans and specification.
- Basic understanding of construction schedules.
- Ability to interface with the clients.
- Ability to coordinate with other team members.
- HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
