Job Description
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the CNC machining department
- Lead cost savings projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational expenses
- Develop methods and processes for machined parts and program machines using Esprit CAM software
- Design tooling and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes utilizing Autodesk Inventor
- Lead and implement engineering activities while tracking, evaluating, and improving production time standards
Key Requirements
- Strong CNC machining background with proficiency in CAM/CAD software packages
- BS in Engineering (preferred)
- Demonstrated ownership mentality—take responsibility, collaborate as a team player, and drive initiative in your area of expertise
