JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Logistician is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, integrating, testing and managing integrated logistics support (ILS) activities/items across the lifecycle of aerospace and defense programs. This role is responsible for overall product integration and testing sequences post-delivery. This role also ensures systems, equipment, and materials are delivered, supported, maintained, and sustained efficiently while meeting contractual, regulatory, cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop, execute, and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans aligned with program and contract requirements.

* Perform logistics analyses including maintenance planning, provisioning, sparing analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and supportability assessments.

* Support system lifecycle phases including design, development, production, deployment, sustainment, testing and disposal.

* Coordinate deployment, return, and maintenance of special test equipment with certifications

* Coordinate material planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

* Ensure timely availability of parts, tools, support equipment, and spares.

* Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to mitigate shortages and delivery risks.

* Develop and maintain logistics documentation such as maintenance plans, provisioning data, technical manuals, and sustainment reports.

* Ensure compliance with military standards (MIL STD), contractual data item descriptions (DIDs), and customer requirements.

* Program & Customer Support

* Serve as the logistics point of contact for internal teams, customers, and government stakeholders.

* Support proposal development, including cost estimates, logistics narratives, and sustainment strategies.

* Participate in program reviews, design reviews (PDR/CDR), pre/post ship reviews, and general customer meetings.

* Ensure logistics activities comply with regulatory, contractual, export control (ITAR/EAR), and security requirements.

* Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

* Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce lifecycle costs, and enhance system readiness.

* Support Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics and sustainment.


JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* 5-8 years with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of prior experience in a project lead role.

* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, or similar).

* Familiarity with logistics analysis tools, provisioning databases, or lifecycle management systems preferred.

How You'll Contribute:



The AV Installation and Support Services Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage cabling systems, including voice, data, and video.



Assigned to Client and works full time from onsite location responsible for Installation and then maintaining the system after installation. Will conduct Preventive Maintenance and will assist with Service Tickets as needed. Will work with REMOTE support to troubleshoot Service Tickets as required.



This role ensures all work complies with industry standards and client requirements, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Technician will work onsite and will be responsible for preventive maintenance of the systems and will work with remote service technicians to address service tickets as needed.



What You'll Do:





  • Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling for voice, data, and video systems.

  • Interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams to determine cabling requirements and optimal routing.

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on structured cabling systems and related hardware.

  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards.

  • Document all work performed, including test results and as-built drawings using BlueBeam.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.

Complexity:



This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' jobsites with no supervision. This position is responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. This position will be the key and only field technician in many situations and will be responsible for delegating work, working with remote support, and communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of the company. Requires maintaining quality control on all field work. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills along with great communication skills.



Decision Making Authority:



This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the service manager, project manager and supervisor are available to answer questions, but this position is very independent and will be looked upon to make many onsite decisions on behalf of the service manager and company. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.



Physical Working Environment:

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

  • Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
  • Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
  • Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
  • Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
  • Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

  • Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
  • Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
  • Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join a hospital-employed group in Huntsville, Alabama ??? the #2 Best Place to Live in the Country.

This position offers a commencement bonus and loan repayment up to $150,000.

Incoming Physician will have access to Cath labs, EP lab, Vascular Lab, and Vein Center.

This hospital-employed opportunity involves joining a large and busy multispecialty group.

An Interventional Cardiology Fellowship is required.

Please note, no structural work is available at this time.

Office space is available, adjacent to the hospital.

Marketing and physician outreach support are provided to help establish your practice.

There is also an opportunity to join a well-established private cardiology group.
