Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting fuel from regional terminals to retail stations or commercial sites throughout Michigan and Northern Indiana while exhibiting a commitment to professionalism. J & H Oil Company operates the finest equipment, meticulously maintained to match its company image.

J & H Transport Drivers:

Safely operate equipment in compliance with all company policies, laws and regulations.

Load, transport, and unload each shipment in an efficient manner.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and equipment managers.

Maintain a clean equipment interior and exterior and report maintenance needs promptly.

Are mechanically competent and have a firm understanding of their equipment.

Properly complete all load-related documentation in an accurate fashion.

Successful performance of these responsibilities requires the following attributes and / or qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

One (1) year of Class A driving experience preferred

Commercial Drivers License, Class A

HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements

Minimum 21 years of age

Must pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen

Ability to work nights

Reliable time management

Effective communication skills

A strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed
