Restaurant Staff responsibilities include:
-Effectively communicate with management in a timely manner regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
-Ensure all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
-Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
-Clean the customer service areas by following the proper procedures as directed by the manager on duty, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.

- Brainerd is looking for a Restaurant Cook to join our team in Baxter, MN.
This position is full time or part time.
The restaurant cook is responsible for food preparation that meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards and must be able to prepare all foods to meet quantity and deadline requirements.
As a restaurant cook at Taco Bell
- Brainerd you will prepare food items according to the menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions.
You will also determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service.
Cooks make sure that proper health procedures are followed.
You should maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or other back of house (BOH) experience is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain.

The Location Manager is a critical leader at the market. The Location Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Manager will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.

- Warehouse Expense (Contracted Labor, Inventory variances)

- Achieve Location Margin goals
- Rental car vs mileage reimbursement
- Communicate effectively with the DIA, DIM and client staff
- Lead Daily Stand-ups (Short, Effective and informative meetings) – (Document and include feedback in recap)
- Weekly ride behinds in field with teams to ensure client satisfaction and training – (Document and include in recap)
- Showroom visits as needed in order to build/maintain relationship with client
- Maintain tote inventory and hold BP’s accountable (trade stock)
- Enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for loadout / warehouse oversight of QC with getting teams off dock
- Actively route monitor teams from the road (see SOP for details)
- Hold Weekly Operations Meetings with the DIA to review aging invoices and any issues/goals – (Document and include in recap)
- Hold BP meetings as needed to review claims, settlements, compliance, etc.
- Participate in Client and internal conference calls
- Provide Weekly updates on your locations. Weekly recap should include:
- Your schedule for the week
- Summarized update of location(s)
- Standup recap
- Ride behind recap
- Aging invoices update (if applicable)
- Other duties as assigned

Summary Description
Responsible for all duties of the counter person / pizza maker by performing the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time.
- Work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system.
- Must be able to read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures.
- Make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time as described in the Performance Standards.
- Interacts with guests as appropriate.
- Wraps pizzas properly and repeats orders to guest.
- Gives verbal baking instructions to all guests and thanks the guest.
- Gives the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time.
- Assists guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open.
- Responsible to keep their assigned area neat, clean and well stocked.
- Responsible to follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures.
- Performs the duties of the runner (restock person) or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Responsible to perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Performs any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
- May also perform duties of a Cashier or Prep Person.
